From October 15 to 19, Wang Xiaokui, the vice CEO of our company, Wang Xiaogeng, manager of Administration Department and other people went to Guanghua College of Peking University for a week of further study.

In this course, Professor Wang Hui of Guanghua College of Peking University, with the topic of Leadership Behavior and Employee Motivation, describes the management policies of leaders from ancient times to the present in response to the changes of times and society. Through case analysis and interactive discussion, leaders learn how to build a positive team culture by effectively motivating employees' potential. How to keep pace with times to lead the team in the fierce market competition in an invincible position.

Afterwards, Professor Mao Lihua from the School of Psychology and Cognitive Science of Peking University told us the definition of Positive Psychology, the development of Positive Psychology, and what is the role of Positive Psychology in the era of Artificial Intelligence from the shallow to the deep. From this course, we deeply understand that to fully mobilise the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, we need to guide them to grow with the company from the perspective of positive psychology.

 The theme of the third day of study is "A Century of Change: China-Us Relations and China's National Security", taught by Professor Jin Canrong of Renmin University of China.

Introduced by the current chaos in the world, Professor Jin deeply analyzed the current world pattern and situation, and proposed that the world is now experiencing "great changes not seen in a century". This course expounds five challenges facing China's diplomacy, deeply analyzes the current situation of Sino-US relations, and points out its complexity and variability, which provides us with valuable decision-making support, helps Chinese enterprises to develop and help enterprises to move forward steadily in the global economic market.

The topic of the last course is "Corporate Tax Planning and Tax Risk Management", taught by Professor Yu Bingcai. Strengthening tax risk awareness and improving risk resolution ability are also essential hardware for enterprise development.

Through the study of this workshop, the vice CEO of our company said that the harvest is full, and the role of the future management of enterprises can be described as adding bricks and bricks.
